An open letter to our customers

Dear Customers,

We hope you, your families and work colleagues are well.

As you are aware, the UK and many other European countries are under lockdown as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.

In these difficult times we would like to assure you that our UK office continues to stay open and our committed staff support all import and export operations.

While air capacity between some countries has been badly affected, sea freight terminals, rail and road transportation are still running smooth in the UK at the present moment.

In the last couple of weeks, we have seen many enquiries for shipping hand sanitiser, toilet rolls, face masks and similar. We are proud to be part of the logistics chain providing the most needed goods to our customers.

At the same time, we continue moving all other products as we did before the outbreak.

For your information we have developed an extensive expertise in delivering cargo to Amazon, as well as providing customised services to all other companies.

Now that the Chinese economy is going back to normal and that 90% of factories are up and running, we expect that lots of goods will soon be ready for shipping to the UK.

Please let us assure you that our partners in the Far East are working day and night to provide bespoke transport solutions. If your premises in the UK are currently closed, we can store your goods in our warehouses until delivery can be accepted.

If you have been holding on to the products ordered by your Far East customers before the Coronavirus, we would be very happy to organise the shipping now their premises have open.
